Signing up for the service

Getting started with Chatmate is a seamless process. Once you decide you want to sign up for the service, you do so using a simple online form. After signing up we ask you little more information about your business, and finally you need to complete a knowledge transfer form. Once we have all info we will install the chat plugin on your website and its all good to go from there.

Website & Chat Plugin

Access to the Website Administration Portal

Chatmate will need one-off access to your website to install the chat plugin. For this you will need to share your website administrative credentials with us. Alternatively your website developer will be able to install the plugin with our guidance.

Billing & Payments

Start of the Billing

Billing only starts once the Chatmate Live Chat is available on your website. We do not ask for credit card information during the sign-up process, it is only asked when we have verified all the information you provided us, and chat is all ready to go.

Payment Date

You receive your invoice on the start of the billing date, and the next invoice is issued on the same date every month. If you opt to pay with your credit card, it will be charged at the time of billing every month. If you have opted to pay via bank direct debit then you will be charged on the day of billing, or the next working day if the day of billing falls on a holiday.

Order Booking & Reports

Order Booking

For every order we are able to close, we will send you an email confirmation. In case we have access to your booking system we will be able to schedule a job and confirm it real time.

Monthly Reports

Every 1st week of the month a report will be shared with you on number of chat sessions, their timing and outcome. Report will include information around average handling time, wait time and response time
